Anyone aware of a source (kit or after-market) for this manifold?  Went through my stash and came up empty.

Replicas & Miniatures of Maryland has a small block Ford duel four barrel carbs, intake, and air cleaners for $6.95 ( in their 2014 catalog). I've used one but I can't say that it looks exactly like that one.
