Ace-Garageguy
Out of ideas, so I looked it up (reverse-image search, no credit). I thought I recognized some characteristic design elements of one of the well-known Euro designers of a period, but running through his credits, it didn't turn up. Very interesting little car that I had no idea even existed until now.

GTJUNIOR
The 3 seater configuration made this one quite easy.
dw1603
During this era, Chrysler sold various European models in the US as Dodges or Plymouths. In a different world, this could have been a Dodge Charger!
