High octane
I have a Model A Coupe body, however I don't think that I got it from Norm but probably Jimmy Flintstone.
peter31a
I don't know and hopefully someone else will chime in but I wonder if it's discontinued because Revell brought the 30 coupe kit out?
Muncie
Yes, Norm At Replicas and Miniatures made a chopped 1930 Model A Coupe body - very nicely done and much more accurate the an the old Monogram kit. Talking yesterday with one of the local club members and he mentioned that Norm dropped it and took it out of the catalog when the mold reached the end of its normal life and Revell came out with the new kit. Replicas may have reissued the body when Revell stopped production. - Long way of saying that it would be worth a quick email to them to check availability. carnut
Norm Verber’s ‘30/‘31 Model A is the best I’ve seen and it is accurate as far as I’m concerned. I would go ahead and send him an email and ask if it is still available, you never know.
Mr. Metallic
Just got a catalog a couple months ago and it's in there. As a side note, Altered States offers two different roof sections for the Revell 30 coupe, a more heavily chopped top and a stock height top with corrected stock style roof insert and visor
peter31a
Thanks for that information, Craig. A stock height top would be cool. I'll have to look into that.
