Funkychiken
One of my favourites too, I have this in the stash somewhere! Looking forward to the build!
mod3l Lover
That looks really cool!! I have never seen this car before, or the kit!?! I will be checking this out for sure!! David S.
Tommy124
I have this kit aswell and actually started some smaller work on the body last year. It takes a lot of preparation work, e.g. sanding all the many small louvres on the hood. Will you build it out of the box? I intend to use bigger wheels and tyres as I think the stock/ kit wheels are too small for such a cool car.
Tiago Malafaya
Hasegawa re-issued it not long ago, but it's quite old (1994 I believe) I plan to build it OOB since the extra details for it are quite expensive for what you get in the end... i could go for bigger wheels but I usually do my builds stock, don't usually go for big transformations

wmobie
It is very difficult to follow your build, as most of it takes place outside of the fixed cameras field of view. Great work excellent build skills just not as visible in your videos. Walt O'Brien from green mountains covered in snow!! Tiago Malafaya
Thank you Yeah, sorry about the hidden images... I often forget that I need to stay within the camera's angle, but I focus a lot on the build, that's why it happens sometimes. My apologies for that

Tommy124
Very nice work. I have seen quite a lot of these Delta kits spoiled by sloppy paint work on the grille. Yours is spot-on!

geetee66
A great car and a great looking build! I've seen a few of these in the U.K., nearly all of them in nice condition. I sat in one last year. You gotta love Italian styling; the speedo and tachometer are obscured by your hands when you hold the steering wheel at ten-to-two. The non-essential dials are in the centre of the binnacle, where the other two should be! The car's owner thought it was quite amusing, too! He went on to say that the electrics are typical for older Italian cars. Plagued by intermittent faults. Doesn't like damp days. But, what a car! Tiago Malafaya
Thank you Tommy, it's just really a matter of not trying to save masking tape and a very sharp knife Many Thanks Iamsuperdan I drove one of these after a replaced turbo, it couldn't go fast because of the new turbo. I still prefer the Escort Cosworth

I still prefer the Escort Cosworth And I preferred the 5-cylinder turbo Audi S2 Coupe that I had in the mid-90's. Much heavier, but really fast (chip-tuned engine). The story about the replaced turbo suits perfectly to what I heard about the Lancia's engine at the time. These engines weren't really renown for their durability. That didn't keep Lancia from winning 6 rallye world titles in a row though... Edited February 19, 2019 by Tommy124
