Found in an original AMT 63 Corvette convertible annual kit. Probably how we got the "My Mother The Car" and "Hero" Imperial ! Not the way it's done today, that's for sure! That may actually have happened back then, probably not often though. It's probably more like that little button you push at a street corner pedestrian crossing. I imagine back in the days when promo money from the Big Three was paying the bills, the folks at AMT could afford to toss out a few ideas to see what stuck.
