do any of the companies make a square backed ambulance

my wife was watching one of the chicago shows, and it had an ambulance on it. it looked like a pickup front and a square back, similar to a small moving truck. i thought to myself that it would be something really interesting to build, and not my typical build. however, when i searched on ebay, there were none like this in 1/24 or 1/25 scale that i could find. does anyone make one

 

this is the body style i am talking about.  i did find one where there was lights and decals on a regular van,  but that is not what i know as an ambulance.  any help is greatly appreciated.

There was an aftermarket resin conversion offered a while ago, but that's the only one I can think of.  I don't even know if he's still in business, though.
