#3 Goodwrench Chevy CTS Silverado.

Hi All,

Sharing an older build (from 1999). I built this NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series #3 Goodwrench Chevy Silverado, as driven by Mike Skinner in 1996/97. It's a Monogram kit (#52 AC Delco Chevy, IIRC) with Slixx decals. The body was painted in DupliColor gloss black, and the chassis/rollcage is Model Master Chevy Engine Red. Raided the roof camera fairing from a Ford Thunderbird stock car kit.

Cheers,

Albert

Hi m8! Was the number and Godwrench decals also from slixx?

Hello, yes, the numbers and Goodwrench logos were included on the decal sheet (sheet #1103). The only thing not included was the silver striping on the bottom. I used silver decal film for that.

Beautiful build. Glad to see some trucks come out of hiding. I enjoyed building one and a couple more are planned. A unique subject.

Thank you, Bob! Much appreciated. In regards to the how well the decals went down, no issues at all with application.

Cheers,

Albert
