peteski Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 (edited) I've seen these on eBay. Can anybody identify those Centerline wheels (regular and nice deep dish)? The tires are mix-and-match unimportant - they look like they are not original to whatever kit they came from. Just the wheels. stavanzer Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 Possibly the Monogram 1970 Heavy Chevy kit. It has six Centerlines on the Chrome Tree, and those are Monogram tires.
Keef Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 The wheels look like the ones in the AMT 55 Chevy. They come bare plastic unplated and need to be painted, as these look to be. The tires appear to be from older Monogram kits. 1
stinkybritches Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 Could it be from the Revell '69 Shelby? I know there was a version with Centerlines.
peteski Posted January 19, 2023 Author Posted January 19, 2023 Thanks guys! So far 3 members offered 3 different possibilities, I'll try to find some photos of those kits. What I like about those besides different depths) is that the center cap and the lug nuts are really well done.
Vintage AMT Posted January 20, 2023 Posted January 20, 2023 It would be easier to ID these from the back...
