hey all, I just wanted to post something about Jimnohio, I recently ordered a couple kits from him, they shipped fast, but I had one wrong item. I e-mailed, and within an hour I heard back from him. he explained what happened [honest mistake], and gave me the option of him sending what I ordered and upon receiving it, return the wrong item and cover my shipping cost, or sell me the wrong kit at a great price. I opted to buy the wrong one, and the correct one is in transit.

I guess what I want to convey is, I had a small issue, and he offered two great options to correct the problem, and did it quick without trying to avoid the situation. that speaks volumes to me.

will shop there again without hesitation.

just to update, got the correct trailer today, and he threw in a couple extra goodies with a note, how can ya beat that?

I've gotten many kits from jimnohio, and have gotten fast shipping . he has even emailed me to let me know that one of the kits I ordered he was out of..wanted to know if I would like another kit to replace the one that he was out of or just ship the rest. good to deal with.
