got the mini courier masked off and the "flame" decals cut out and traced to the masking tape, and now current pics masking tape trimmed red paint is alread below now i just mist on some primer, and the white paint and let dry..... hopefully no bleed through I will be doing all these models this way trace decal flames onto masking tape on the body then cut out flames with exacto for final paint..... project is still alive (barely) one little step at a time... hard to find hobby time with small kids.......

Finally got my holy grail kit the J-2000 drag car Not sure who here on the forum was the one always looking for "pro street" chassis stuff, but this may become available real soon if it does not get used here...... wish me luck I have only seen 1 picture of a model transformed from chevy to pontiac dosn't look too hard though just a nose job and a tail jobber?

exactly what i'm working on and it all seems to fit together and kit bash well and the hood still shuts!!

going to used smaller more stockish looking offroad tires for this one ( most likely revell Goodyear tracker at) tires wired the engine while everything is apart......

in 1982 there was not actually a convertable back in the mustang lineup that was not untill 1983 with the glx I got me a older style 2.8 ? v-6 ford powerplant to put in this convertable i changed the front end around to look more like a svo (looks so much better) than the "concept" front that was this was a rebuilder kit the white had all started to yellow so i repainted the white, the decals did not survive the tape so i just need to put on a fresh set of decals and re assemble with the v 6 to replace the 4 bagger and she'll be done

finally have some progression on the kamei escort!! its more of a What would have been had ford "SVT" g0tten a hold of the little car its got 5 bolt svt rims from 99' cobra the engine is the venarable YAmaha v6 from the SHO tauraus everything fits together well for this bash
