Hello, I started working on an 83 Blazer, started with the cab from the Sod Buster kit then cut the back half of an old MPC Rescue Blazer snap kit , I also removed the cap well I was cutting it apart ,it surprisingly it all fit together without too much modifying , I’ll be using the interior tub from the Blazer kit ,I shorten the frame by removing 3/8 of an inch . thanks for looking

Great looking build , the rust spot under the front end looks like it sprung a leak some where . -
I want to thank all of you for all the great comments . I was wondering if anyone would catch the bird poo lol . The left rear rim was happy accident I was going to paint all the rims that color but just didn’t like it too dark . I was able to get air and electrical lines hooked and added CB antennas now it is officially completed. Thanks for looking .

Thank you Brian the fuel stain is from AMMO wash’s first time I’ve used them. Thank you Hakan. Thank you Jeff , I was going for a truck that worked hard but not abused .the paint turn out alright sprayed right from the cans . Thank you Steve coming from the master of 1/32 scale rigs. Had a little time at the bench today , got the rear wheels done, wasn’t happy with lug nuts that came with the wheels so I used Meng 1.4 mm nut and bolt castings , hung some chains a spear tire on the headache rack , and added some lights also added full fenders and a Loves mud flap (the other flap fell off some where down the road ) LOL . Have too add the roof lights ,horn and mirrors plus other little things. Thanks for looking .

Thank you all for the comments. It’s time to move onto the cab since I cut the cab down and did a lot of sanding I lost some rivets want to replace the rivets , I have never use any type of rivet decals . My question is do I primer first then gloss coat or gloss coat then primer over it? any help is most appreciated. thank you

Also did some weathering I want it to look used but not too abused. thanks for looking .
