Thanks guys , I was quite upset yesterday to say the least .But today is a new day , I robbed the cab from a Papa kit that I have . After a little plastic surgery we have another 86 inch Aerodyne . The dog isn't allowed in the garage any more . I want thank Jeff for letting me replace the cab with a new one . Be Safe Mark

I hope everyone is doing well, I thought I would be showing you all a finished truck , instead the cab is is in the purple pool , I got it all painted today went to pull the tap off for the strips up came some the paint . so I’ll try again tomorrow . BE safe

Tommy , I seen a couple on Purple Wave. I cant decide on the air ride or use a spring rear end from the GMC Astro cabover kit , I'm thinking Ill stretch the frame a little bit . Be safe Mark

Jim, Your right So far the engine is the only thing that is fitting , the front springs , hood bumper alinement were a pain . be safe Mark

No she's not in the medical field one of the nursing homes was in of masks so she's been sewing them sense last week , I think she has sewed at least a couple hundred of them so far . I did a little more work on the General , putting the front springs on was a big pain the instructions are very veg on the location and there is no pins or holes , I just did a quick mock up and eye balled it . It's been a while with all the crazy stuff going on everywhere , my wife took over the garage to sew face masks for the local nursing home , I was unable to do any painting, until late last night . Thanks for all the great comments . Be safe . Mark

Sense the wife took over the garage making face masks , I'm not allowed to paint anything so the BRBO Kenworth has to wait for a little while , in the mean time I was playing around with the GMC General I pickup before the hobby store shut down , I swapped out the Detroit with a Cummins from a Revell Peterbilt , had to modify the fire wall and make new engine mounts ,other than that it fit pretty good . Thank you all for the comments. It's been a while since I got some good bench time , got the air lines all ran on the rear end , the stack uprights are on and the pipe work is almost done , also added some bolt detail on the frame, and added a cab jack pump .

I think I’ll build it as the dump truck , I built a tractor vision years ago . I would like to get Indiana state highway decals for it.
