    Thanks Vic Gator the motor looks alright, I'm thinking about swapping out for a CAT. Im just not a big fan of long wheel base trucks.( I hope I don't offend any one). I got the straps made for the fuel tank today.

    Just a little update ,I decided to make my own fuel tank straps .

    I just wasn't happy with the wheel base , so I decided to shorten it up a little bit . I also got the air lines plumed in .

    Just picked up 2 at the local Hobby Lobby store today.

    I got the engine built and plumbed, I also made stacked air tanks .

    I started on this a while back , I thought I would try my hand at opening the doors , hopefully it will turn out alright .

    After digging around in the attic today I found this , I started it 2 years ago life got a little crazy around here so packed it away . Hopefully I can get it finished now . R.I.P Prince

    I laid down some paint, it turned out horrible , so i got strip it down and try it again.

    Thanks guys I used the .015 x .020 for the wheel opening and the drip rail. .010 x .080 for the side molding.

    Done a little more , I sanded off the molded on drip rail and added a new ones , also added the chrome peace that runs under the back window and around the cab corners.

    Thank you for all the comments Mike sadly I don't have pictures of the truck any more I lost them in a fire . Tom yes those are the tires in the kit

    I started this today , I had a truck like this back in my younger days so I thought I would build it like my old truck. I filled in the compartment doors on the bed , then added the chrome trim around the wheel openings, and side trim .

    Sean I would have to agree with yellow spokes and white rings.
