  4. thanks for your input casey ...i prefer to work with a plastic body so will go with the revell 3 window..the drilled dropped front axle that you mentioned is in stock at altered states..chuck can supply a cross spring only so i can fabricate a straight axle...he also has got a good looking moon tank in stock

  23. you got that right!!..seems like some of those old glues melt deep into the plastic and the only way is to separate them is to use surgery
  24. i have restored a couple of 60s gluebombs... but often struggle to separate parts that have been attached with "old school" type glues ...does anyone have any special techniques to separate parts without causing more damage???~ phil
