Hi everyone... More old stuff...This is Revell's 1999 issue.. I lowered the rear suspension, used the wheels from AMT's Studebaker Avanti kit, parts box tires, Shabo dry transfer white letters on the rear tires, hand painted the fronts. I used the engine from Revell's '70 Chevelle 454..cause I thought the engine that came in the kit looked too small... Flocked the interior, fabricated a on the dash tach from a distributor. White automotive touch up paint from a rattle can. Hand masked flame graphics done with auto paint as well, de-canted and sprayed through an airbrush. Thank you for looking...

I didn't realize those pipes didn't belong on that engine untill after I put them on there... just thought it looked cool...

Hi Everyone.. Here is another one of my older builds ... '03 or so. When I found out that you could use finger nail polish, to spray models. I Got out this '32 and mixed a red with a bright orange with metallic gold in it. After I sprayed the color, I let the metallic gold settle to the bottom and separated it from the orange finger nail polish. and added it to some de-canted Tamiya clear, and shot a few good coats of the clear. Built mostly box stock, except for the exhaust,(from the Revell parts pack Ford 427 chrome engine) tires and wheels(from AMT '39 Wagonrod kit) and scratch built fuzzy dice. Thanks for looking...

Thanks a lot Larry and Chris... and Ray, it was very tedious.. after I cut the mask, i applied it to the car one row at a time, applying every piece to keep them lined up good, then removed the squares to be black. then I sprayed the whole car black. From laying and cutting out the mask ...and application...paint... and mask removal...was about 14 hours...
