  1. Totally getting there...I've never built one of these kits, and with a little work, this thing looks really good...I'm gonna have to buy a few more of these....
  2. Nice work...I like the striping...Makes it pop...Very nice...
  3. Wow a metal chassis...I've never seen one of these early models....Nice work, so far...Looks great already...
  4. Dude, that is an awesome looking rig...Very nice...I'd love to see more of it...I'd post 'em in the 1:1 reference section, though...I like the interior work on the Pete, too...Looking good...
  5. Man, if this is your first big rig, you sure can pick 'em....You're gonna have some fun, especially with a conversion kit...Don't get me wrong...I'm sure you can handle it, but I know I'd take my time with this one...But, by all means, have some fun with it....And I love the rig you're gonna tackle...Awesome truck...
  6. That's one mighty fine collection, Man....They look cool together on the table like that...Excellent work...
  7. Good stuff, Man...She is a beauty...And like the man said...More pics...
  8. Excellent work....That really looks good, Man...
  9. Got this one in the works....I only started it this afternoon....I stretched the frame and built a drom box for it....These snaps build up rather quickly, yet they still look pretty good....I found some orange engine paint at the dollar store and bought 4 cans....Coverage is quite good....Can't wait to get some more done, tomorrow....
  10. As I've stated, before, these are the most awesome static models I've ever seen anyone produce....I really admire your work, and this Scania is no exception...One of my favorite truck manufacturers....What else can I say...AWESOME!!!!
  11. I use .060" sheets, but you can go thinner or thicker, but this thickness seems just right...Go to a plastics supply place and you can pick up a 4' x 8' for about $20...A serious deal....Gonna pick some more up, this week....
  12. What's happening Q?? You definitely don't have to be embarrassed about building other stuff...I've been known to tackle a fighter jet or a Star Trek model, myself....Welcome aboard....Can't wait to see some of you work...And maybe a pic of the rotator you drive...
  13. I'm setting this trailer up for a friend and am posting it to show how I accomplish a nice curbside race trailer....I hope this helps anyone build one on their own...It is of a 53' long version in 1/25 - 1/24 scale....Roughly 26 1/2" long and 6" high and 4" wide....
  14. That looks sweet, Man...Love that paint....Sets that truck off really well...
  15. Dude, that looks cool...Good work...
  16. Good work on this one...The work on the opening doors and the interior look very good....Love the hood, too...Great paintwork on the striping...
  17. I've only built one of these, and I seem to remember having the same problems with the fit....You've done a good job on saving this one...I don't think I would have continued on after the second paint issue...Good work...
  18. Beautiful...Just beautiful...
  19. Excellent work, my friend...Excellent work...
  20. Looks good to me....The black on the B pillar would tone the green down to convention, but it's still a nice model...
  21. Very nice work...The camber is just right....Looks just like the real ones I've seen around here....Never really got why they do that, but "To each his own"....Very nice work...
  22. You've done a very nice job on a model that is not for the beginner....These models look awesome, if you can get them to fit right after final assembly...You nailed it....
  23. Wow...This is a very good looking model....Nice execution for your fifth model....And I see why they want so much money for this kit....Never seen one built up, before...Excellent work....And I love the color...
