Incidentally, I also have the 1/32 EXP if you like your cars a bit smaller, but it's not as good a job as the MPC one, I agree. I have a few more car kits to do write ups on, as well, but that could take me a bit.
You're absolutely right about those MPC kits from the 1980's. I've got one of the Omnis built, as well as a second one awaiting the light. I've finished the Cavalier in the last year, and I've got their 1982 Camaro and Shelby Charger to do as well. A surprisingly good looking kit from the 1980s is the Monogram Citation X11. The "Lowrider" version is best, thanks to the correct decal sheet for either 1980 or 1982 X11 versions. The box says 1981, but there weren't any X11 notchbacks in '81!
