Wayne , paint is Valspar , gloss black straight out of the spray can , rubbed out and polished , no air brush ,

Revel 32 sedan ,shaved roof ,shaved body , shaved rear frame , s/b Chevy w/2x4s, plumed and wired , just a little some thing to run on the street ! YAH I KNOW IT,S NOT RUSTY !

I,m really digging this build . love these trucks and have done quite a few and done a lot of mods as you have , nice work keep it going !

Thank,s guy,s , Jean ,the base is just a peace of plastic with a peace of angle for the curb , parking meter was in my parts box , paint is light /dark grays ,white ,and flat black sprayed on at about a foot a way to get the effect that looks like concrete ,I used a scribbing tool to make the cracks , Bruce , the headers are made from plastic tubing ,

turned out nice , i like the 49 ford bumper on the front if that is what that is .

resin body [not sure who made it ] scratch built frame ,suspension , motor is a lot of parts from to meany kits to remember , headers are scratch built , wheels and tires are out of parts stash , enjoy , comments welcome .

I have done this truck also from R M R ,GREAT STUFF ! You did an awesome job on it ,I got a nother conversion from them to do to do one more .

I,m going in TUESDAY the 27 th for back surgery and will be down for 6 months I,m looking for word to the bench time after I heel . second back surgery in 2 an a half years .this time they are fusing my lower back two dics .

WOW ! And I thought I worked fast , nice start that kit will make a nice rat rod . the frame looks like you are on the right track maybe not so much z in the frame .you can change the front suspension to get the low stance you are after .cut the spring off the drop straight axle and shave the spring down to one or two leafs and mount it behind the axle ,it you don,t want to make your own trailing arms you can cut the wish bone at the trans mount and use them glue them to the side of the frame you are making a suicide front suspension the spring would get monted on a L bracket in front of the radiator ,this will lower the front end .I,ll post a pic of what I mean .I used the same set up on my 26 T that is posted here as well ,hope this helps . used the 32 axle , I used air bags on this one but you would not have to .

did some more body work and added a strip of styrene down the side that will get bare metal foiled after paint .

SKIP , I made the frame from evergreen styrene square tubing , along with the suspension from parts from other kits and styrene .I,ll try and get a pic of the frame on here .
