  5. Couple updates today Redid the firewall I think it turned out way better this time. added some details to the seats and revised the center council to match the 1:1 truck better Another view of the 1:1 interior
  6. Here is a photo of the firewall and engine in the 1:1 and the firewall so far. I had to completely sand off the front of the firewall and add some fillers to make it smooth.
  7. Here is a photo of the interior of the 1:1 truck and a photo of pre fitting of the interior

  16. Thought I would share my latest build with you. A 1952 Chevy stepside truck see below photo of the truck I'm building. I am making this out of two kits AMT 1950 3100 Texaco truck and Revell's 65 Chevy stepside 2 'n 1 truck kit. Hope you enjoy the build. 1-1 Truck cab before removing the door. Have to fill the vent as the 52 does not have one. Door removed ready to do some sanding. Going to remove the door handles and use handles out of the 65 kit same with the molded wipers. Added wing window needed for a 52 truck. After first primer coat filling panel lines that shouldn't be on the truck and added fender lines.
  17. I'm personally first building two 1/24 Enzo kits to get super familiar with the car and have been getting tons of reference photos. I'm also trying to get used of the carbon fiber decals before I waste over a $120.00 worth of them for this kit. I also have been buying after market stuff for the kit although I'm sure the kit would be fine without it is very nice. I hope to start the kit sometime in the beginning of 2014ish
  18. I've used Strada Sports a few times. If you use PayPal you will be charged at that time just know that up front. I just send Kevin a email and ask if he has stock before I order its that easy. If he has I buy it if not I don't.
  19. How did you do the wood in the truck bed? Nice models
  20. Beautiful job maybe I should start mine
  21. I personally buy most of my stuff at Mega Hobby online. Like others have said you can shop whenever you want, it doesn't cost gas or time sitting in traffic to get to the store and they have most everything. If you spend $200.00 you get free shipping so I buy in bulk when I need stuff and it saves a lot of cash. I love the feel of gong to the LHS until I go to the checkout stand
  22. Welcome and looking forward to see the build
  23. and a big rack at that
  24. Another use for the bolt bin I would have not thought of making rotors out of washers love it
