    1969 Corvette

Good looking Corvette. I think either Testors or Model Master makes a pre-mixed wash.
  2. Yes, yes you should! Great looking car.
  3. Dang, did you steal some of them for that price?! Nice haul.
  4. If he doesn't reply here, you might want to send martinfan a pm. He has built several of them. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hasegawa-CD10-Honda-Civic-VTi-ETi-1-5-VTEC-1-24-scale-kit-/331079350948?pt=Model_Kit_US&hash=item4d15ddfaa4 VTi instead of Sir-II. Body is the same, wheels are different. I've built an SiR. One of the first cars I did when I got back in the hobby early this year. I don't think there were any fitment issue, as with most of the Japanese curbside kits
  5. That is cool! I thought about doing something like that with wheels. Very inventive.
  6. I think it needs more rear tire ! Great job.
  7. Sweet!
  8. Great job you did with it. Love the color combinations.
  9. I think it works like it is. One thing I'm not sure about is where would you post a question about a kit you were looking at but there were no reviews on? Should that go in Modeling how to's or kit review?
  10. I think I will give this a go. Either the black Ford Galaxie or the "Hammer" Plymouth Road Runner.
  11. Good looking Fairlady.
  12. That color with gold center wheels would be hot!
  13. Sorry if I missed it, but what color did you use for body?
  14. That is awesome! Like the different backgrounds for the pictures.
  15. I love the blue. A minor thing; two of the wheels are on wrong. Do you have any pics of the RX-8 in the background?

  18. Cool Aoshima kit. Typical curbside VIP style kit. Chassis detail. Used the "low down" front chassis spacers and rear "camber" shims. Interior left molded color with brown, gray, and black accents. Headlight cluster detail. Was chrome. Painted Tamiya gunmetal. Accented main headlight with Future and Tamiya gloss black. Same used on tail lights for blacked out look. Body painted Duplicolor Toyota Desert Sand Mica and cleared with Krylon acrylic.
  19. More. Thanks for looking and comments and constructive critisisms welcomed.
  20. Body painted Duplicolor Chrysler Forest Green and cleared with Krylon acrylic. Wheels painted Tamiya Titanium Gold.
  21. I finally have this thing done. I try not to use super glue on models just in case, but with the chassis being somewhat warped, I didn't have much choice. Every time I tried to put body on, something would come loose. Started with this kit. Engine assembly. Underside of chassis. Interior.
