    Ray--To be honest, I had to Google what a Molotow pen is (a lot of new products came out while I was away from building). I'll touch up the V8 emblems as soon as I get one.

    Thanks for the comments everyone. It was a fun build. My first time kit bashing and using BMF. Berr13--I used Rust-oleum Seaside Blue (without the added primer) to replicate the Regal Turquoise paint from 1955.

    I intended to do this kit stock but some parts were lost during a move. So I decided to modify it a little with a 95 Corvette ZR1 kit.

    I started this about four years ago but a household move and a home remodel stalled it for a while. I decided to start working on it again while we were having a bad winter (over 70 inches of snow). Some parts were lost during the move, so I'm installing an LT5 engine from a '95 ZR1.

    Thanks for the comments. I noticed the hood pins weren't painted after I posted the pics. The chrome is Prismacolor silver paint pen, followed with a silver sharpie.

    Build number two after a twenty year absence from the hobby. Starting to get the hang of it again.

    Thanks for the comments. I'm trying to decide between a 70 Challenger or the Ramchargers dragster for my next build. I'll definitely spend a little more time on the details. Chris
