  4. trying new baking oven for painted part specialy work best on clear coat part this oven set up using 3 25watt phillips bulb.... working at 50*C... but i can set it lower using light dimmer all the oven surfacce is thermal insulated with styreofoam and laminate with aluminium foil... to make sure minimal heat loss...
  5. i see ... yes i havent glue it yet to make sure everything is trouble free first.... then glue it.... the hood pin holder is stuck with the air intake pipe..... i think i need to replace it with thin metal sheet (PE sheet) here is the dash pic.....
  6. thanks for viewing and comments Dave....
  7. no i do nothing to engine.... but i remember i shave the upper body pillar which is for tighting screw... because i see the body gap is too big so i think i need to shave it abit to make it close properly i shave it about 1mm.. so body can fit well.... i have no idea the engine is so tall... maybe even without shaving it it wont close properly too i have idea to trim the oil pan to make it thinner so the engine will move down a bit..... but engine is fix now....
  8. good idea Ken i will try it... thanks for the idea
  9. After fixing the engine... big problem comes out.... the engine is too tall... so the hood not closing properly.... But its imposible to remove it again...

  11. I repaint the thermal shield... .
  12. i painted the lid wiper bottle... haha... but the picture is before painting the water tank can fit there but still thinking how to fix it permanently... the black lines around the window frames... any idea without using paint... afraid of destroying the body paint..... for interior i just paint it with Matt black..

  20. Still struggling on air filter.... keep trying.... Today i am fixing some hoses...
  21. moving it few millimeters... wont help the emptiness.. i will try to scratch build the air filter first for today.. i don't know if i can make it happen because i never scratch build any part before.. but let me try it creating the water tank is one of the solution too but... let me do the filter first... here is my references pic... it have triangular shape i think with some mesh... i don't know if this is original one or not..
  22. Many thanks for your attention and comments... thanks a lot....
  23. i don't make hole in that wheel slot hahahahaha.... as you said i already have the references how the hub cap should look..... but still no idea... how to fix it correctly.... the body seam is terrible... i will try my best to cover it... but now still struggling fixing the engine and detailing the engine a bit... i really want to move the water tank behind... but if i move it.. 1. the fitting problem of the air box will be very tight and i don't know if it will fit well.... still figuring out.. 2. the front part of the engine bay will look empty because missing the water tank... 3. to correct no 2 i need to scratch build the air filter to replace the water tank places. this is only my assumption what do you think Skip?
