  1. i just receive the wind shield, but the material is vacu-form with Photo etched, don't know it will looks great or not, but i will try to fix it.......
  2. its latest release on 1/12 big scale tamiya, but its not a new tooling or new mold production, its just re produce with old mold which they produce it first time between 1970-83, so the mold is not perfect compare with models on this day.. yes the photo etched is included, very nice etched actually... i think this is awesome plastic kit, takes time building it and its's all worth the effort...

  5. More update will come...
  6. thanks Jay you just mention it, i jut realize i am using the blue 3M which is for latex for the masking job but never ruin my clear coating.... i always use Mr hobby clear on washing job which is to protecting under layer when i wash up upper layer.... but for the body shell paint job i always use automotive grade urethane clear with hardener... it give best protection for the paint and leave you worry to use auto grade polishing compound... like Meguiar's, turle wax. and any other brand at least it work for me....

  12. Dear MCM member Please help me,,,,, i accidentally drop my clear part... car windshield inside the solvent so it gets all blurry and wrinkle.. any of you have any idea how to fix this? thanks for the help....
  13. Dear Curtis... Big thanks for the comment... actually the head lamp cover i used came with kit... yes they not fit really well in my opinion... the problem is headlamp cover doesn't have any knockdown system or edge to allow the cover to sit perfectly on the body so the trick i use is using CA glue but adjustable below 1 minutes (not instant bond) i put the glue on the body part on the edge of the head lamp shell not the head lamp cover So you can adjust the cover to sit perfectly right and yet not fall down because the strength of CA glue.. it work just fine with me Important you must use solvent free ca glue so it can use on any clear part and clear coat safe and dry perfectly clear i use UHU Super strong and safe Solvent free it dries clear. i always use it on clear part....
