Building this one for a friend on mine. No complaints so far but I had a major paint issue. Used some Duplicolor from a rattle can (I believe it was an enamel) and it wrinkled really bad. After soaking it in some dot3 and a good scub/sanding I started over with some Tamiya metallic blue and still got a wrinkle problem. I'm using the same primer I have used on all my other builds, and same cleaning sanding techniques. Any chance it could be the molded plastic itself? The rest of the model painted fine. Used testors enamel, no problems. Still scratching my head on this one. After checking the duplicolor bottle it was a acrylic lacquer.

Thats a great idea. I saw a stock car on this forum where they did body damage like you said and made tire marks on the side to make it look like some hardcore driving was going on. I dont think it would have the same effect on yours though since it is black. But that might depend on what you go with for decals, if any. -

Got the interior finished up today. I was given an airbrush a couple days ago so I painted the interior with it. The paint I used was Model Master Acrylic. I was pretty easy to use and easy clean up. Now I'm thinking about buying alot more acrylics! -
