Finally finished. I was waiting for the metal letters from Hobby Lobby. The Volky emblem is from a keychain and the figures are from Preiser....Barbo

The figures are from "Hommies" and they come single or in sets. The pool tables come in sets with players in 1/24...Barbo

I started with a 1/18 scale dsiplay box... . I cut two Foamboard walls to fit inside the display box I cut a foamboard base and painted flat gray. I glued the walls and added decals. I glued the walls to the base. I added two 1/24 scale model cars, figures and accesories. I finished my 30 mnts. box diorama.......Barbo

I built 2 Old San Juan Dioramas 12 years ago, and did not open the boxes for about 5 years. So, I did two weeks ago, and I have to say it was a disaster. The 2 vehicles were full of fungus . I tried to repair them but it was imposible to have them ready for a Antique Car show this last weekend. The structures were worn out and the figures also had fungus all over. So I decided to get 2 built scale vehicles and hand painted figures from Preiser. I cut new matboad walls and foamboard for the base. I also rebuild them together having only one complete Diorama, I hope you guys like the way it came out..Barbo

The 2012 IPMS National Convention ( august 8-11) will be at my second home , at the Disney's Contemporary Resort , Buena Vista , Florida . The IPMS Puerto Rico chapter will be there ,and so will I, we will have a blast of magical fun . Hope to see my good friends from the Gulf Coast....Barbo

Hi...I got this toy camper at Toys R "Us for $17.95 and believe me its great for a camping site Diorama . It is 1/18 scale , doors and hood opens , it also has a camping table with chairs , full interior details , bathroom , bedrooom , livingroom , kitchen and many more detailas...mmmmm, lets see what I will do with it.....Barbo

Hi ED Shaver , how did ytou do it , I always have to paint a water base paint (acrilic) before using the texture flake paint over foam core , if not, it melts ...Barbo

Well , I finish my Christmas Diorama , I would say it is a Fantasy Diorama . It has been a special project for my nieces in Puerto Rico and Atlanta . I used G scale Preiser figures . And the Budweiser Clydesdale model kit from AMT is not incomplete , I just decided to use less horses ...Hope you guys like it ...MERRY CHRISTMAS AND BLESSING 2012....Barbo

Sorry to tell you (MCM Friend ) , but it is a photo of a real sign in Caguas , P.R. we dont sell by the gallon but by the liter . It is called scale photo modeling , and just for incase, the sign of the water and air pump is in spanish ,its also done from a photo , I learn more asking and not poking.....Barbo

Hi..yes , they are bottle brushes , they were white so I painted them red . I have'nt finish it yet , I ordered a vacuum , 4 palm trees and some accesories from Scale Equipment . As soon as I recieve everything I will post new Photos ,.....Miguel
