The company is called Instant Buildings, you can find them in most of the Hobby Train Shops.It comes in one or two piece of printed cardboard. For this diorama I cut the bildings in between and put layers of foam board to give the sense of depth.

Hi Gregg... you are always welcome in our island. We did not find a good location for our event on time, as you remember our last CSAE 2009 overflow the facilities.So, we decided to suspend it for next year and do things right. Our event has grown faster than we expected during the years. We are working hard in this matter, I am very sure it will be the best CSAE event ever in 2011. We have new sponsors from Florida and Puerto Rico, I have to say that the exposure that Model Cars Magazine has givin us all over the world has open doors to support our event. I am very humble, and dedicate our triumph to all of those great modelers from Puerto Rico for believing in what we do. Hi guys, and thanks for your ideas. The truth is that both runners must move the wheels at the same time, when both are tired they switch seats. I was thinking of installing a ball bearing system like my special running wheelchair, but double. This system ia capable of moving my wheelchair aprox. 23 ft in distance with only one stroke. My domestic wheelchair moves for about 14 ft in distance with one stroke.It will be just like rowing a olympic kayak with 2 or more athletes. Well these are just Ideas, who knows maybe I do one for real and see what happens..ja,jaja,ja,....Above and Beyond...Barbo. Hi...just imagine a double seated wheelchair for endurance marathons. "The Daytona 500". I started with a plastic R/C airplane canopy,wheels from a free flight model airplane. The wheelchair is from the toy figure of the movie "Avatar. The rest, plastruct ...Above and Beyond...Barbo

After winning 3 Disney's marathons in my wheelchair, the "Race for the Taste 1.5k" , "Royal Family 3k" and the "Corp 5k" I was thinking how about a 24 hour endurance race in a double seeted wheelchair. Crazy but, this is my idea in a model. I call it Daytona 500..Above and Beyond..Barbo

Thanks guys.. this photo was taken from the Ranger at my first ever t-time, first ball to hit, but from there on I managed to have a better hand grip just like the pros , the thing was that I was more concern about the balance of my body than the hand grip,ja,ja,ja,ja This Golf course is not so easy as you say, but the scenery is like being in another country, specialy after the 3erd hole,hearing the birds,great lakes and hills."Awsome" its more a therapy than a game.About the golf clubs,its true but they are not mine, a friend lend me them. But soon I will have my own. I took it easy, going aside a few times to let the pros that were in back of me pass by. Hi..Jim, I have seen the handbikes, it is a wonderfull sport......Barbo

Hi..For the first time I am playig Golf. Thanks to Disney's Osprey Ridge Golf course. They have special golf carts for the handicapped. I tie myself to the seat. The seat rotates and lifts me up to be able to play.It is amazing and lots of fun..Barbo.....Above and Beyond.

Wow..I haven't posted in this forum for a long time. Well, I made this 'O' scale Diorama a few years ago.It had a DVD player at the second floor and the figures were in front of the DVD player as if it was a theater. I elimanted the DVD player, I made a lobby ,I change the figures to the front and built a train station inside. I also included the Disney Monorail. Now this Diorama is part of a Monorail track of 4 feet wide by 8 feet long. The Monorail runs through the Diorama..Hope you guys like the idea......Barbo
