1965 Acadian Beaumont Sport Deluxe Coupe

Fantastic -
exact same combo that i almost bought, except had factory non-functional hood scoop on it. Canadian cars perhaps had some different options. Saw a few 1984 LTD 302 H.O.s go thro our doors, as well as Carbureted 86 Mustangs here where in the U.S. it was only fuel injected..
-
302 was defiantly available in 1979. Worked on one thro my first job after graduating high school in 1982, had the usual broken pistons of a 302 back in the day. Almost bought the car for $2,800 and was going to do a hopped up rebuild except i couldn't get over the ugly Brown paint color.

Im in on this one x a couple.

As a 60 year old guy i would personally like to see something new and updated, a Hellcat Challenger or Demon Challenger that would be epic. Darkhorse stang etc. We do have the new vettes so i can imagine they are seeing how that sells.

Round 2 Product News at the 2023 NNL Motor City
Mopeyguy replied to tim boyd's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
i personally love the new re-issue look Charger with the louvered doors and air-grabber hood and the only reason why i would buy this kit is because of these. I'm not worried as much as other bean counters about this kit being 100% factory correct. And who knows if ya do @SteveG a future release with hideaway headlight edition would be neat too. Alot of different options for a builder to choose. I'm sure as always future releases would depend on sales of current releases. Charger base could flip over to say a 71/72 Road Runner ?spinoff... -
