Hi all here is an update on this one, thanks to a friend he sent me some networking wires which are half the thickness of telephone wires, I am now happy with the wiring loom, I dipped the ends in clear bathroom sealant for the plastic insulation over the ends of the copper connectors also I used flattened soldering wire for the cable ties to the frame.

Hi all a little update on this one, I've done the anchors and dirtied up the flag a bit as it was pointed out it was a bit clean compared to the sail. -
Hi all my brother gave me this kit, its partially started (one tiny bit painted) (apparently he has too many kits on the go(is that possible, I have 9 on the go at the moment, sorry make that 10 now)) I am going to do the marbeling effect I used on the Z10 (as shown to me by DeeCee)for this. Anyway I've primed the bodywork.

Well I know it's not finished but it's sold, my boss's husband came round to show me his car (some little horrors standing on a bridge lobbed a rock as he drove under and stoved in his drivers pillar and windscreen (the cars only a fortnight old £90,000 worth) he spied it and the Reale and said the Reale was too big for his new seaside house but he would buy the sovriegn. -

Hi all well I've decided to plug away at the rigging and here's where I am now, I've discovered I can do more than one set at a time with this thingy, thus saving loads of thread. -

Hi all well the amati Loom A Line is total rubbish, the airfix doodah is brill though, so that is 10 quid down the drain, the airfix whatsit was free with the Wasa. Rigging is deffinitely not my thing, I am thinking maybe take the top mast off just leave the lower masts and have it as its having a refit, don't know -

Hi all well I know nothing about rigging so I'm going to do a cross between the Airfix instructions and ones I've downloaded off the internet (I could not possibly do them the way they are supposed to be, I don't have a clue as to where to start) I dont even know what the different lines are called. also I bought this to do the ratlines with but This came with the Airfix Wasa kit which would be the easiest to use. -
Hi all as I said opened a whole bag of worms, of course with no tank or seat on the wiring loom would be visible, advice please does this look convincing ( obviously there would be loads more wires really but I don't have any thinner wire to hand and I don't want the loom to get too thick)I realise I need to add the copper connectors to the end of the wires, and I realise the wires should be wrapped in black insulating tape, also the loom would not be tied with string, this I purely to check if its worth using this method.

Hi all here is an update on this. My first of several problems I can forsee coming up The carb inlet openings are blanked off as they normally wouldn't normally be seen, as they are inside the airbox, os I've had to open them also since the cable are not connected I have to show the inner cables and the nipples on the ends of those, think I've opened a can of worms here, we will have to see what else crops up.
