    Here's my vote...!

    AMT 6127 '67 Ford Galaxie XL HT.jpg

I'm a hard-core Ford (only) guy and IMO, the '68 Galaxie is a much more attractive car than the '67.

I'd sure like to see some other Ford kits as well......

    60-61 Comet

    64-65 Falcon (street car)

    65-70 Mustang Convertible

    66 Cyclone

    67-68 Cougar

    69-70 Mach I (original tooling)

    66-67 Fairlane Convertible

    68-69 Fairlane/Torino Hardtop & Convertible

    68-69 Cyclone fastback

    69 Boss 429

    70 Cougar

    70-71 Cyclone

    70-71 Torino Convertible

    69-72 Maverick &  71-72 Comet

    AND this......

Does anyone have any information about this kit? Is it good? Are there issues with it?

I'm looking a set of decals from this kit, if anyone has a spare set, please let me know.

Found this on another forum: https://www.hannants.co.uk/search/?product_category_id=103&manufacturer_id=8184&search_direction=asc&product_type_id=1843

Says a new tool James Bond Aston Martin DB5 is coming next year.

Also a 1/24 Corvette C8 is listed but no mention of a new tool. Any idea what it could be? I cannot find a Revell Corvette C8 listed on scalemates.

I don't see the '70 Torino Cobra rerelease on there.

    Also, shouldn't this be 1/25?.......

I will try to post some images sometime after the Thanksgiving Holiday of the latest mockup for item #4 of next year.  In the meantime, here's a big hint!  I have paired up several of these projects, the 65 and 68 GTOs were paired up to make the development easier.  This next item was paired up with '92 Chevy C1500 short bed pickup.

Don't forget about us F-O-R-D guys!  A nice (accurate) 1969-70 Mustang would be great!! 😎

Was that blue and silver combination the most common option on a '71 Boss? I built the original MPC kit as a kid when it was reissued in 1988 and it was in that combo on the box art. When RC2 reissued it in 2004 it was also blue/silver...and now this box art/media build.

  6. I recently dug out this resin '64 Comet again that I bought at a swap meet many, many years ago. A few years ago I started on it, swapping in an AMT '66 Fairlane chassis, then it was set aside. Hopefully I can push it thru the lights this time!

It is being built as the McCoy Mercury A/FX Comet that ran on the East coast in 1964. McCoy was a Mercury dealer in Rising Sun, MD. They also ran an A/MP '55 Thunderbird , and a K/S '63 Comet.

    Stay Tuned!.......

Why, yes it will, with a bit of filing and fitting. So this is going to be the one major change to the kit, a more accurate engine bay. The Master Caster was kind enough to make a mold, and fire off a few copies for me:

Following, I've got one of those original built AMTs in my 65-66 stash. Will those engine compartments be offered for sale?

I first used a 2x4 manifold from the 66 Galxie kit. I had the whole thing together I noticed the carbs interfered with the hood. I popped the manifild off and used the 2x4 manifild from the AMT 60 Starliner custom kit. The manifold is only in the "custom" Starliner kit.

    Very nice work!

Did they run 2-4 barrels in 1968? I thought they were single carb.
