Welcome,I've only been on this site for a short amount of time myself,but in that time,I've seen some really wilD SH#%.The pure talent that most of the guys on here have,blows me away.Iam always trying to build good drag race cars;Pro stock,Pro Mod,or any kind of door slammer.Well this site has such a good drag racing forum,U can't go wrong.

Back in late November,a friend's shop closed it's doors for good.Not only was it a hobby shop,but it also was a slot car house.He was doing well for a couple of years,& then he suddenly he couldn't pay his rent,& bills.I strongly believe,that Internet caused his business to go under.But now there's really nothing we can do about it.We have opened Pandora's box..Its always sad to see any local,ma,& pop stores go under.

I realize that no ones posted anything on your car,but I'm kinda new,and I've been going back to some of the old posts,checking out some great cars,from some really good builders.Finaly a site that has a seperate drag racing section.And like I say,I must say again,that I'am truly blown away with some of the wildest cars,from some of the very best builders,I have ever seen..Also,The wheels look great in black.The paint job looks great too.

Hey Ben,I know it's been awhile since U posted this question.Im new to this site.Do you mean the top fuel Pegasus slicks?.If so,I have to say that they are great tires.They are much wider than the old MPC drag slicks.And are much more realistic.

Welcome to the site,new here too.I gotta say,this has to be the best model car forum on line.Better even,then SAE.Which is also a greAt website.However one thing seperate the two sites,is that there is a drag racing (only).Section.And that's pretty much all I build, drag cars.Pro Stovk /mod,Pro street,etc..And the guys on her,are some of the most talented group of builders,that I've ever seen.WOW.Have fun,great place to waste some valuable time,while you are on the crappa.Ha

Hey John,welcome fellow NYer.I'm about 50 miles east of you,out in northern Suffolk,Smithtown to be exact.I just happen to stumble upon this great site a few weeks ago.I was spending quite a bit of time another well known site,but they never had a lot of drag cars,in their forums.I come across this site,and loved the fact that they had a seperate section just for drag racing..So now I spend most of my free/model time,on this site.All of the forums are really interesting on here too.

Hi,sorry about that.But I was wondering if anyone had an extra pair of Pegasus top fuel,rear slicks?They are very wide tires.I don't need the rear rims,just the tires,and if u have a set of Good Year tire decals,either (white,or yellow),included,that would be great.Ive tried on line,& their website,but nothing.I bought a couple of sets a few years ago.Any help will be very appreciated. Thank you.

Wild car,a true masterpiece.Bandit resins has some great pro mod bodies to choose from.A few years ago,I bought a couple of their 66 Nova Promods.They were very good quality,It had an optional outlaw hood,and a sick rear wing.The only problem,was the roof line sat a little to high.I tried cutting down the entire roof line down,about a half inch,but I destroyed the car.Anyway,greAt job.Plus now I don't even see the car for sale on their weBsite.

Unbelievable job so far.You basically took a really crappy MPC 70 Charger 500,and turned it into a masterpiece.The paint,the motor,and the interior,are absolutely fantastic.

Great start so far.I'll be watching out for this to be done.
