The front fenders and trunklid had GTS emblems on them, removed them all

However, then extra stuff like alternator and carburetor suck so some more detailed parts will come from the actual dart kit

Ok, now the engine. My dart has a 360 four barrel and I went to ebay and looked but found nothing cheap. But then I figured a 340 looks the same so Ill just make it look like my 360.

Filled in the holes and cracks in the hood now just have to sand it down

This kit is revell's new 1968 dart 2 n 1 Hemi kit. You can make a hemi or a GTS but since mine is a 4 door its going to be a bit different. Painted the grille to look like a 4 doors and since 4 doors have plain flat hoods I figured the easiest way to get one is to cut off the top of the HEMi dart hood scoop and place it in the hole in the hood and any extra cracks will be fileed in with filler I got off ebay for 3 bucks

Sorry guys but I accidently broke it and the engine mounts are gone and have No spare plastic so I can't do anything

K, i painted the steering column and test fitted it and of course like most cars that have fat headers The steering column doesn't even fit. So now I will get to see what its like to modify headers to be able to steer

Ok after modifying the headers i test fitted them in the chassis after installing them

Ok now, my dads charger has a 383 with headers so, this 440 needs to have headers too, remember this is going to be as close to his car as possible, unfortunately I don't have a 383 so this 440 will have to do

oops forgot, haave to put starter on too

put air cleaner on, converted fan belt to have power steering, and put fan on. All I have left to do on this engine now is to put headers on and distributor

The 440's belt doesn't have power steering but Im going to convert that too, also got my edlebrock air cleaner... kind of
