  5. I like them all, so I voted "other". I'm surprised Art didn't list the Vicky. I think the Phaeton, Vicky, and the closed cab and roadseer pickups, in that order, would be the best choice for the next body style in this series. JIM
  6. HMCA (Hoosier Model Car Association) is centered in Indy, but has members from other parts of the state. 7. At one time you could purchase one from Mike's Scale Speed Shop.
  8. Harry, I agree that a point system is great, but it takes a lot more time or a lot more judging to do the judging with a point system. HMCA did that for several years and even with a great swap meet to occupy the time, modelers get impatient waiting for the judges to finish.

  10. LHS had a Revell flyer that listed the '32 5W for July. I think some folks may have seen a test shot at the Milwaukee NNL. I'm gonna pre-order a couple.
  11. Now live in Indy, member of HMCA, born and raised in Brazil , near Poland JIM
  12. If you haven't already heard from him, I suggest you contact Bill Zeihen (scima58bz@yahoo.com) about the South Central Indiana Model Association. They meet in Columbus. HTH JIM
  13. Let me know your email and I'll see that you get a flyer. JIM
  14. I believe it is a Caddy. I wish it was an Olds, I have a project that could use a vintage J2 Olds engine.FWIW, I've started putting the engine in the Merc kit together and it looks good so far.
  15. A fellow club member found them in South Bend, IN and grabbed one for me. I couldn't wait to get started. I've already modified the skirts and taillights and am working on figuring out the best way to use the RM&M '53 Buick side trim. So far everything I've assembled or test fitted went together well. There are lots of options in the box, so you could easily build a half dozen variations just with what's in the box. I can see myself building several of them.
