. ( But the problem still remains how to explain to younger (and by that I mean under the age of say, 45yrs old) that so many of the kits out there on store shelves are from tooling cut decades in the past) Wow i will be 45 soon enough but remember all the kits from the 70's and I am the one helping people out at hobby shops when they look confused at some of the kits . And knowing more than most of the employees at some . But i have seen a few real Klinkers also mostly the ones mentioned. And Art thanks for the history lesson on the mold process, very informative and never tire hearing that stuff . preserve the past i guess Michael

More and more sweet rides are coming along for the ride. Zen that lil 4 door would have made T.J. Hooker or Hunter more bad azz than they were . Hacked that list of goodies will make that Legacy rock. 64SS that Pantera is gonna be sweet . i need to find one for my stash. take care y'all and keep building and i will hopefully have some progress on my Monte. Michael

Ok i agree with Low n Slow i too would try my hand at casting my kit from afx but i would have issues with doing it . tho i woll be doing it for the three aoshima kits i have . ANd those Monster in Motion kits are scary i have one and the planet x ones also . for more info on the world's baddest Azz cop car go to Mad Max Movies .com this site will tell all about the car and the original restorer of the interceptor. Bob Fursenko. I know if i ever hit the lottery i will have a replica and do my best to have the real one too Michael

Well the time has come and time has gone by and the daytona was thissss close, Life happens and good intentions with some 2k clear and some sanding and buffing lead to a trunk lid needing repainted . and I felt that to walk away was better but getting bck to it the guys in the dyno room blew up the dohc hemi and the viper engine so we got nowhere fast . so now is time to re-engineer the front suspension and get it done . Sorry i didnt make the start will be waiting for the finish Michael

hope you and your son enjoy the slot cars , when i was growing up my dad had the whole deal plus what we bought at the LHS and yard sales. inwould spend my summers racing on a big sheet of plywood and have a whole bunch of buildings . we would have fun . Now i cry when i see the prices on Ebay for some of the cars and track now a days. Michael
-
Well this looks rather good to the original release the ones i have didn't include the right tires . and the new decal sheet is a real nice inclusion. plus mine are molded in black . Michael

"Of course you know certain skeptics note that perhaps 10,000 of the nation's most elite highway patrolmen are out there waiting for us after we start, but let's stay positively: Think of the fact that there's not one state in the 50 that has the death penalty for speeding... although I'm not so sure about Ohio."
