  8. Hi Is The Model Car Garage still in business? The web page is open but can`t see any late updates to it. I need a photoetch set for my Galaxie project, and dont want try and order if they are closed. Any one know?
  9. Hi I redid the floorpan for the car, painted to look like red/brown primer. i`ve painted the rear axle black with red/brown diff housing. all left is to detail it with brakelines and hose.
  10. Great tip on the air filter, i have the 64 Mercury i`ll check that out. Thanks About the color i didn`t think the standard 352 had gold colored valvecover/air filter, i know my 60 Merc colony park 430cui has that color combo.

  12. Hi. This is a 1960 Ford Galaxie 2dr Club Victoria converted from a Starliner kit. The car car is painted and foiled except the hood......doh but i was lucky to find the same spraycan in my garage. Well here goes the first picture i`ve taken so far

    Thank you very much for the nice comments. Yes its the Amt Hurst Olds with partsbox wheels and tires. Chassis is lightly weathered with pastels.

  20. hi its good to be back online again. here is a litle update. got the interior mostly done. Desided to use another engine than the stock six. so i ended up with a 327 sbc with tunnelram intake. The last picture is the car in final "ride height"
  21. Thanks again for nice comments The back of the cab is scratch buildt from evergreen bits. The rear fenders is modified ones cut from the sedan body. Pickup bed is from AMT 53 Ford F100.
  22. Did this today. Made the bed floor out of balsa strips painted and weathered for a worn look. The will come some dirt and grime along the sides and in corners.
