All I can say is you know how to make one hell of an entrance. Man when I saw that build my jaw just about hit the floor. Your weathering and detailing is worth all 19 years of your life to build this thing. My hat is off to you. EXCELLENT

Name That Car!

Manufacturer: Radical 2008 Classes: LMP1(Le Mans Prototype Chassis 1) Chassis: SR10 Engine: Volkswagen - AER Fuel: Diesel Bio fuel Entries: 10 Prediction: DNF (DNS?) Ian Dawson's Radical SR10 has been dissapointing this year in that it is yet to start a race, it failed scrutineering at Sebring and has been troubled ever since. Testing has been very limited. Don't be too amazed if this car does not take the start. However the effort from the small team should be applauded. The greenest racing car to compete in the international arena is set to make its race debut in next month's Sebring 12 Hours in Florida. The British Eco Racing team's Radical SR10 LMP1 prototype will compete on Shell GTL diesel in the American Le Mans Series opener, but the plan is to run on a fuel containing a 50-per-cent-bio component before the end of the season. And that is just one of several green initiatives being pioneered on the Eco Radical. The car uses bodywork components made from 100-per-cent-biodegradable hemp fibre and will run solar panels to power some of its electrical systems. It has been liveried in water-based, rather than petroleum-based, paint and its Dunlop tyres will be re-cycled after use. Eco Racing is the latest venture by veteran sportscar team manager Ian Dawson, whose Taurus team took diesel technology to the Le Mans 24 Hours in 2004. he has spent the past two years developing his Volkswagen Touareg V10 engine (now built by AER) to run on a bio fuel made from the jatropha plant, in conjunction with D1 oils. Dawson said, "We want a car with a low carbon footprint, because that is the way motorsport is heading." We are aiming to make the most economical vehicle, rather than necessarily the fastest car." Dawson hopes that he can persuade the ALMS to allow him to run jatropha-based bio diesel, rather than the spec Shell fuel currently mandated and believes that the environmental credentials of the fuel will sway the organisers. Jatropha has a high yield per hectare and is a non-edible product grown on land unsuitable for food production. The Eco Radical will be driven at Sebring by Harri Toivonen and Ben Collins - former team-mates at Ascari, and historic racer, Simon Wright. Eco Racing intends to do a least three more ALMS races and could race a second car in selected Le Mans Series events in Europe. -

Excellent build.....The color combo of Orange and Purple is fantastic.
-
As he says.....off the hook as usual. Your talent for NASCARS is unbelievable
-
Impressive work on the chassis to get it to fit right. Looks like it belongs that way. As for the rest of the build.....I love it.....the stance is perfect, the color, the detailing is excellent and the interior seems to be just right. 2Thumbs up Bro....great job

Very nice factory stock build. The continental kit sure adds a lot of class to the car. I used to own a real 1964 Buick LeSabre back about 14 years ago. although those years of Buicks were real big land yahts, they were very claasy looking cars excellent build ....I like it
-
I have never seen that kit before.....who makes it? I like what you have dont to the build.....The car looks agreesive even for a an import wagon. Did you add any sub woofers in the back to pound bass?
-
I saw some of these races...the WRC races and I dont how much of a pro you have sitting behind the wheel of these cars..... the spectators have got to be completely retarded or brain dead to stand right on the edge of the road with cars wizzing by them at 100+mph......you have to have a death wish
