  1. Weather was a good enough to get some parts painted today. I did spend a bit of time pre drilling and test fitting before I got some color on the engine. The hose clamps where a bit tricky, but I am happy the way they came out.

  4. This is the 1960 Ferrari 256F1 in 1/12 scale by Model Factory Hiro. Its almost a new year, time for a new build. I have been chomping at the bit to start this one. I do appreciate the positive feedback and constructive criticism. Thanks for checking this out Chris

  10. I got the windows installed, I have a little cleaning to do.
  11. It’s been a minute since my last update. I finally got the doors finished. I was having a hell of a time with the windows. My brain said one thing and my hands said nope ? After many attempts I finally succeeded ! got to love MFH they include the door latches

  13. Looking good, It is interesting to see how different manufacturers go about designing there kit. I built a Tamiya version of this, so many different ways of making the same car
  14. Congratulations on your retirement! if you do decide to get one. Try to enjoy the process. They can seem intimidating but honestly if you study the directions and think three to four steps ahead, they go together well

  16. I was able to assemble the rear deck lid… starting to look like something
  17. Some small details done, a lot more to do
  18. Put some decals on, still a long way to go… it’s my version of this car as a test mule
