    If they where thinner would be much easier. I have never thought of using heat to bend the PE.

    It has been a minute since my last update. I finally got these tanks completed. They where more trouble than they look, the tanks themselves weren’t that bad it’s the photo etched bands that honestly suck. You have to form them to the contours of the tank and glue them into place. I had to re paint one tank, witch took longer than I expected, oh well ?? hope you like

    Some more progress… I got the rear tanks installed! It took a little tweaking to get them lined up, the straps are really thick PE and some bending is required for fitment, but other than that it’s pretty straight forward. Thanks for looking

    I had a busy day. I painted these over the weekend. Some assembly required ? Front suspension installed, as well as the steering gear. shifter! rear suspension.. hope you like. chris.
