  1. James Brown - Living in America David Bowie - China Girl
  2. Loverboy - This Could Be The Night I was gonna post this one, but I thought it was way too obscure.... John Parr (Owner of the biggest MULLET in Rock!) - Naughty Naughty
  3. Cinderella - Nobody's Fool Gregg Allman - I'm No Angel
  4. Young man's heart is hungry His soul is on fire But there's no tears in his eyes Because there's no discern it's a long way home And everybody knows Cause it's gonna come So people get ready now
  5. Great job Carl, I thought that one was gonna be up for a while!
  6. I remember you baby Like a sweet summer song Said you'd love me forever Nothing could ever go wrong Time's gone by I'm just a memory scarred I'm lost in a shadow Don't know where you are
  7. Bon Jovi - Bad Medicine Guns & Roses - Patience
  8. I still think that Office Space and Idiocracy are the two best movies of the last 50 years...yeah, I'm a bit crazy too, but I'm still right!
  9. Geto Boys - Dam* It Feels Good To Be A Gangsta From one of the best movies ever.... OFFICE SPACE!!!!!
  10. You nailed it Carl! Mr. Mister - Kyrie
  11. I know it's Phil Collins, but I can't remember the song to save my life....
  12. Little baby Tell me you won't go We'd be so good together If we had the time Being alone Is a nowhere State of mind
  13. Steely Dan - Reelin' In The Years
  14. If it wasn't for The Breakfast Club I probably wouldn't have known of Simple Minds...not heavy enough for me at that time!
  15. Al, you nailed it buddy! This song was great live!
  16. It's the only song by them I know other than Casey Jones. I had a VW Mini-Bus at one point, so I learned to hate Deadheads pretty quickly. Why they think everyone driving one of those is a Deadhead like them is just amazing...especially when it's covered in Metallica stickers!
  17. I know it's Phil Collins, but I can't recall the name for sure (Brain's not working right today!)...Billy Don't Lose My Number?
  18. Simple Minds - Don't You Forget About Me Grateful Dead - Touch Of Grey
  19. I know # 3 is the Beatles, but I keep hearing I Wanna Hold Your Hand, which I'm pretty sure isn't right... #4 is Led Zeppelin - When The Levee Breaks
  20. James, i guess I could have stated that a bit differently. I want you to hear the song, because it's really good, but you probably never have. It's not due to your listening habits or tastes in music, but simply due to the music business not wanting you to hear anything but the "latest and greatest" BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH that radio stations play. Having been in radio, I know all too well how many great songs never get airplay, simply because they're not the "Flavor Of The Month" or it doesn't sound like all the other pap they're trying to get you to buy.
  21. This one is purposely obscure, if anyone gets this one without looking it up, you have great taste in music! It's actually being posted in the hopes you'll look it up, find the video on YouTube, and hear a really good song that should have been released but never was! I ain't got time for forgiven I ain't got time to be afraid I ain't got time to be slowing me down With one foot in the grave I ain't got time for my loving I ain't not got time to be sad I ain't no time for the foolish man When the world treats him so bad
  22. Here's one, just for Tubbs, I'll get a bit more obscure, but not too far out there....it's from the early '90's.... I've got a body built for sin and an appetite for passion Yeah I can see the road to ruin and I'm looking for some action I've got my finger on the trigger and a match to the fuse I'll make someone an offer that's to big to refuse Tired of tryin' to be What I'll never be Baby you could never see that
  23. Steelheart - I'll Never Let You Go True Story: I met Mike Matijevic (The lead singer for Steelheart) when I worked at WKZQ, we interviewed him when they played in Myrtle Beach, SC. I asked him about the long note at the end of the song, and if it was a studio trick or not. He proceeded to stand up, spread his legs about shoulder width, and threw his head back and held that same note for a good five seconds longer than the one in the song. Simply freakin' incredible singer, and one heck of a nice guy!
  24. Aerosmith - Janie's Got A Gun Whitesnake - Is This Love
  25. Steve Earle - Someday I don't know about Snake, but I'm old and have heard a lot of music.... It also helps to have been a DJ at a Rock Radio station in my past!
