Looks great. The Impala is one of my favorites because I have good memories as a kid of riding in my grandfather's 1963 Impala. What did you use for the chrome trim and how did you get such a straight edge?

Last of the interior and engine before I start closing it up with the body.

I've been working slowly on the LaFerrari by Tamiya. I have finished all the painting and most of the decal application and have just started assembly. So far, very impressed with the quality of this kit and the instructions.

That's going to look nice. I have just started the Tamiya LaFerrari kit for one of my sons. He wants it to be a light blue, so I'm painting the outside light blue and the interior medium blue.

I'm really just a beginner, but I did build a model car or two maybe 20 or 30 years ago. This is my second kit since that early era. My 10-year-old son is a big fan of cars and asked me to build a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. He wanted this one to be for his mom, and her favorite color is purple. I enjoyed putting this kit together and I'm looking forward to the next one. John
