WOW, this is so very cool!!

Thanks everyone!! This has been one of the funnest builds I've done in awhile. Well off to do some more work.

Thats it for now. I'll update as soon as there's more work done.

Here's the interior from start to how it sits now.

I was pretty happy with the body, so I got to work on the paint & weathering. And here is where I'm at now on the body.

I wasn't happy with the frontend so I changed it up.

I saw on here awhile back, when some of you did the Death Race style builds and that got me wanting to build one. Well I decided on the Mustang from the movie. These pics are from where I started it to now. It's not 100% to the movie car but close.

A friend of mine had this picture on his wall of a custom Edsel and I've always loved it and wanted to build it. Well I got the Edsel kit but was having a hard time finding the headlight parts like in the pic. The closes I found was the 1959 Corvette but couldn't find any that had good detail, just round chrome ones. Well I was at a show the other day and found an Acura Integra and thought what the heck I'd change it up a bit. Here it is so far.

I'll be there this weekend and hope to get a few pics. He'll be there on Sunday by the way.

Thanks everyone!! This was a fun build. I fixed a few things under the hood so that it closes once on the car. I got this kit from a friend of mine, had been trying to get it from him for a couple years. Once I got it I was itching to build it and I think it turned out alright. By the way the color is a custom mix of HOK Cobalt Blue and an Amethyst Silver.

Here's my latest build. It's almost box stock except for a few changes. It has an '06 Mustang engine, New wheels, and Cowl hood. Hope you enjoy.

I built this as an out of box build just to keep me building in between other projects. It still needs a few touch ups but other then that it's done.

Kool deal, it's nice to see some of the older kits being built, so I'll be keeping my eye out when you get it done. I opened the trunk on mine so I could add the pumps and everything. That and I figured since the doors were already open along with the hood why not.

Thanks everyone!!! Yes the BMF was diff a challenge. I have around 5 hours in the body and interior just in foil work. The skirts I got from a friend on another board.
