Hello, friends of fine model building... I haven't shown anything here for a long time, so I'm showing you my latest work now. It's Dominic's '71 Plymouth GTX. I hope you like it a bit?

I say it with ZZ-Top: "I wanna thank you"!

Thank you!!!

Maybe Revell USA has different construction plans? The decal plan from Revell Germany definitely has this error! See picture:

Once again, hello everyone! I have another model to show you. It's the '67 Chevy Impala Sport Sedan. We had to wait quite a long time for this model to finally come onto the market. There was only ever the coupe version. This car is from the TV series "Supernatural" and my wife was always busy watching. I watched it occasionally too. I always said: The best thing about this series is the car and the classic rock! The sound of the V8 was awesome! Maybe someone will leave a comment here? Enough babbling, here are the pictures:

...and here again a big thank you!

Hello again! I almost forgot! There is still a finished model to see! It is the '55 Chevy Pace Car of the Indy 500. Unfortunately I made a mistake. I followed the decal plan from Revell but the flags on the doors are the wrong way round! The decal on the driver's door belongs on the other side, the decal on the right side belongs on the left! That's what happens when you blindly follow the manufacturer's instructions! Sorry about that! Well, let's look at the pictures. Comments are welcome... As always, greetings from the other side of the ocean... Uwe.

Hello community... After a somewhat longer absence, I'm showing you my latest work, the '66 Pontiac GTO from Revell. The color is called Gomera pearl effect and is from AUDI. This type of painting was a new experience for me. The base coat and the clear coat are specially matched. This means that you can't use just any clear coat. I hope the GTO knows what to like? I would be happy to receive one or two comments. As always, greetings from the other side of the ocean... Uwe.

Very good work! I like the color... Good choice. I also have this Torino in the display case, but it was built OOB. The decals turned out really well! It's not exactly easy to get these huge rags onto the model. Respect!

Many thanks, mates... ?

Congratulations on this wonderful model! Great! A real eye-catcher! I've already posted my XK-120 here in the forum, I'm sure it can still be seen somewhere in the depths of this forum? I made it in the exact same colors. That makes it very classy. I also gave the Jaguar a leather top. Really great work and an excellent presentation! Keep on modeling!!!

...first of all, thank you very much for your numerous answers! Yes, I know there are some flaws in the model, but I already said it in the posting above, the Camino is not perfect... I know about the small errors (tailgate, exterior mirrors, etc.) but in hindsight it's not just to fix it again. Unfortunately, the color was only a second choice; the original plan was silver with a wide wine-red stripe, which is why the interior is also wine-red. A "subtle" accident happened while painting and I had to bathe the body in Dowanol. Then brown metallic came onto the model. Thanks again for the comments...

Hello everyone, ...after a somewhat longer absence, I would like to present you a model of mine again today. The '78 Chevy El Camino. There are three possible presentation options. With a hard top, with a cover and without either of the other two, just as a pickup. I know the Camino isn't perfect, but who is? Check it out and tell me what you think about it. Constructive criticism is also okay. Thanks for watching...
