Thanks everyone! I’m down to the little fiddle bits, which test my patience and my eyesight! I mounted the bumpers, headlights and gas cap (I should have pinned the gas cap). This is first non 60’s musclecar I’ve built in a long time. It has been a challenge, especially because I have been away from building so far. I think all I have to do is finish the license plate \ tail light assembly and mount it. thanks again for the kind words and inspiration! More pics tomorrow

Update time: try as I might, I could not get the back door hinges to work, so I glued it is place. I also didn’t like the look of the hood with the sides, covering the engine. I took a deep breath and scribed along the body line and cut the sides off, so you can see the engine wither the hood on. I’ve always liked this look on a street rod

Hello All, it’s been over a year since I have had a chance to get too the bench. I wanted to just build something without driving myself crazy over the details. I picked this kit up at the LHS and started building. My skills are rusty! This will be out of the box, although I may try to flock the floor. I’ve never tried it. Why not

Gotcha. The show isn’t for you, or maybe not for everyone. For those of us that like the show, and grew up watching it, there is nothing that needs “fixed”.
