these have been outside of a warehouse by my work for a while now. yesterday i noticed they moved them to the other side of the warehouse where they were visible. under the cover behind the impala is another impala of unknown year (65-68 based off the fastback silhouette). and unphotographed was a mid 70's Trans AM under a cover behind the Duster.

sat in my truck and waited like a half hour for them to put it on the tow truck then chassed after it so i could see it and get a pic. im not super into JDM but i think it was worth it.

cool and all, but what about the rag top bug and Camaro in the background? and is that a C3 Corvette go kart im seeing poking out from behind the trailer on the drivers side there?

i see a white one on a rare occasion on my way home from work. it's showing its age but isn't horrible. until i started seeing that one i hadn't seen one in probably a decade or more. i also see a couple white Ford Aerostars on a semi regular basis. one's a panel van. oddly enough the panel looks to be in pretty good shape.

those wheels, on that truck, just look tacky. like he ran out of money, bought some wheels off marketplace and spray painted them.

owners going to fix it up some day. 🤣 seriously though, looking at that pic, could you imagine the horrific nightmare lurking under that vinyl top?

that's one of the lower priced stations local to me. the 76 station about 3 miles down the street is 30 cents a gallon more. and refinery's are closing so its going to get worse.

the hatch with a turboed 4 cylinder and a manual trans could be a lot of fun. gives off Fiat Abarth vibes.

i wish id gotten a pic, never seen it before. a Honda Gold Wing Tour with a bike rack on the back of it with a 10 speed mounted on it. a bike rack on a motorcycle, blew my mind!

the problem is people want way to much money for the 47-54 Chevy trucks (and panels). so it'll continue to sit and rot to the point that it won't be useable. apparently rust is more valuable than money to the people who have them.

i see this pretty much every day, finally took a pic. roofs a little rusty along the drip rails but otherwise looks pretty decent

the last 3 days

well after 3 years of off and on progress its finally finished. im stoked, it looks great sitting on the shelf. (bottom is detailed as well, i just forgot to get a pic)
