its sitting on 4 lug VW wheels with Porsche nipple hubcaps. it could just be the photo but the panel gaps look off (big, usually a sign of fiberglass). again, it could be the pic (angle) the trail lights and license plate light look to close to the bumper. idk about years, but i believe there is supposed to be chrome trim that runs along the side of the car door handle height. it could have been shaved, but normally that's a sign of a kit car. the lip on the dash over the gauge cluster looks to thick. but hey, iv been wrong before.

i didn't know there was a Mercury version of the Pinto. i find it shocking and confusing and i kinda want one so i can build a semi era correct pro stock out of it just to be extra weird.

year, model, and condition pending im surprised someone has scooped it up and restored it. classic tractors are kind of a big deal in some parts.

neighbor finally had this thing parked out in the street where it was visible. its got a big kit cat clock thing on the side of it

saw this back on Tuesday. someone else is going to have to chime in on the year, im not great with Buicks.

saw it from the back and didn't get a real good look at it do to traffic but a late 40's early 50's Studebaker Commander (or Champion i guess. same body style). champagne color on chrome wheels that were not flattering to the car at all.

you know how some rust is orange, not like bright orange, like a darker dirty orange? or a "muddy orange"? almost had a copper or bronze hue to it. still had a gloss finish though. it was a funky color.

a wrap is a vinyl sticker type material you put over vehicle panels. you can do different colors, liveries, etc. you can even run it through a printer and have photo quality images on your car. it's like giving your car a non permanent paint job. it's a real popular thing right now. im not the greatest at explaining stuff, but there's a bunch of videos on youtube if your still curious. saw a Camaro this morning that was wrapped in grey camo. which didn't work cause i mean i immediately saw the car when i turned onto the street. as i was driving by dubbed the car "Camaro-flauge". if it's out there again tomorrow ill try to get a pic. sorry to hear that.

i saw a Cybertruck towing a trailer! i was like, can they do that? not tow a trailer, be used for actual work ? then about a quarter mile down that same street i saw another Cybertruck that someone had wrapped a... lets call it dark rust orange.

after googling, i saw a VPG MV-1. they're kinda weird looking.

i know why. no interest in off roading. lack of taste. but they still want to look like they have tattoos and hit the gym 8 times a week. thus the useless, hard to live with, urban assault wannabee waste of a perfectly good Jeep.

not sure of the year, im not great with C3 and newer Vettes, but a chrome bumper era C3. and not 10 seconds later a C4 convertible. oddly enough, both of them were red.

that tail pipe is called a stinger. i used to run one on mine although mine wasn't bent up as high. its good for making lot of noise, tripping people, and making working on the engine inconvenient. also destroys low end torque. you have to rev it up before you start letting the clutch out or the engine will bog. best to leave those things for the race cars.

saw one of those electric F150's. driver must have been a former BMW bro, no use of turn signals, couldn't figure out which lane he wanted to be in, and at one point i thought he was going to split lanes. this was the second one iv seen in the last 2 weeks, and both had drivers that needed a swift kick in the butt by a cop.

the aftermath. i got to see the hole and the car (late model Dodge Charger) yesterday. car had been removed from the hole and was parked in the street blocked by 2 cop cars when i drove past yesterday. all that's left today is a boarded up hole. the wall faired better than the car. oddly enough, this is in the middle of a very straight stretch of road. im guessing the driver was attempting to make a pull and lost control.

interesting. i did some googling last night and was rather intrigued by the Hillman Imp. rear engine, water cooled. sounds interesting to me. but it has a look that makes me want to turn it into a 70's era touring car. kinda digging that brown Sunbeam.
