  5. My exotic car craving is to buy another Jeep. Out of all the vehicles that I’ve owned in 66 years, 68 Chevelle, 68 GTO, 66 Mustang and numerous older Ford and Chevy trucks, the only one that I regret getting rid of is my Jeep. Went and looked at a couple yesterday but they wanted WAY to much for them.
  6. I liked #1 and #5 best. As only one can be picked as the winner, I’m going with #5.
  7. Looks great @magicmustang! I’m a huge blue oval fan.
  8. @Leon Cream, You may already have this information, if so my apologies. The chassis that you’re using for a donor is Laughlin style “front steer” chassis. Monogram used them on the GM kits, but they are interchangeable into a Monogram Ford body. The kits with the Laughlin chassis’s didn’t have front springs for some reason. The Ford Thunderbird kits came with a Banjo Matthews style “rear steer” chassis. They did come with front springs. These will are also interchangeable into the GM bodies. Maybe @Dave Van can chime in with more information. He’s way more knowledgeable about these kits than I am. Edit, After looking at your pictures again, those lower control arms look like they came from a later Monogram kit, maybe from a Lumina? If so, that most likely blows my earlier comments out of the water. Sorry for any confusion.
  9. @MarkJ, you’re a way more advanced modeler than I probably ever will be so I feel that advice from me is unwarranted. That said, I’ve had a great experience with Bondene if I need something to take hold quickly. I’ve got CA glue too but not crazy about it.
  10. Your t-birds look great!
