Had a ride in a real one of these (68 Hemi Dart) when I was 13. I guess it must have left a big impression on me because I really wanted to build this model. Unfortunately I can't spend the 1/4 million dollars to buy an original one. Very cool cars.

Tamiya orange TS-12... took a lot of coats but it really smooths out nicely. I didn't put any clear on it.

Thanks to everyone. I made quite a few mistakes but I learned a lot so my next one should go much easier. I've got a 1970 Trans Am on the table ready to begin. I owned a real one in the late 70's for about 3 years. Cheers Dan L
