Your best bet is to pitch those tires into the circular file because they're 100 percent incorrect for this car and replace them a set of correct ones from Indycals. Indycals also used to offer an upgrade kit that included the tires, a more accurate resin nose and a vacuum-formed windscreen to replace the kit's way-too-thick one, but I don't think it's currently in production.
