  1. Why don't you repair it properly and get it rechromed?
  2. You are a hero. Thank you so much! Yes, I meanwhile found out that Crucifer actually won a trophy at the 1967 Oakland Roadster Show.
  3. Yeah, the new GMs have 6.5 just to make it awkward.
  4. Next one, please.
  5. Nice one! Thank you.
  6. Next one. What is this, please?
  7. ^^ This. And I can't stand Rock'n'Roll and Surfing stuff. There. I said it.
  8. I think tool leasing is pretty commonplace in the far East. Fuman did these ex Bandai kits: Zhengdefu did a few old Nichimos: Academy did a couple of Italeris: And some Tamiyas:
  9. You are terriffic! Cheers for that!
  10. Does anyone of you know who built this and whether it ever got finished?
  11. I'd like to see the Revell AG Australian trailer kits reissued.
  12. I just received a '61 Imperial Southampton, a '60 Buick four door hardtop and a '59 Buick two door hardtop.
  13. If they didn't make the packaging so insanely big, the space problem would be much less severe. They must think we all have limitless real eastate. This would also save a lot of postage.
  14. Doesn't Jimmy Flintstone make at least some of those?
  15. Oh, and I brought this over from Germany back in June.
  16. I think I bought this a little. Green Motoring, all 224 Inches of it!
  17. Now we're talking... Also, how about a Hudson sedan? We have all those k00pz and floppytops, now, but what about that gorgeous more door? Preferrably a '49 for maximum movie car compatibility.
  18. If you don't like my posts, just don't read them.
  19. The way the opening post was phrased it was my impression that opinions were invited? The 2CV was built for over 40 years, that fact alone spans a considerable chunk of history. From the bitter post war years, through the optimistic 50s, the 'because we can' 60s, the hippie era, the disco era, the nonconformist anti nuclear and pro peace 80s, the 2CV was always there. That it had acquired cult status already long before production finally ceased and that virtually all owners added their personal touch makes not one 2CV being like another. So the first thing you will have to do is decide what you actually want to depict with your model, then chose the most suitable kit for this very project.
  20. You can replace them with the consequently leftover round ones from a kit, then flog it on eBay as a code3 and watch the £££s roll in.
  21. Why was the Coors set banned in Virginia?
