  5. Yes tye Police and Fire Chief cars can be be run flat out because the lights act as a voltage tap The white Mustang has to be carefully driven ..very fast and prone to spin outs if you don't pay attention!

  7. The guard rails are essential as some of the cars are very fast and the right curves could cause them to crash to the floor!

I had a problem with my Strombecker 1/32 track in that one lane kept going dead.I determined that is was a power supply problem .I rewired a wall wart to allow it to attach to the terminal track.Fixed the problem;!I also found that 1/43 scale Fastlane and Carrera GO!cars perform surprisingly well!
