Cool Suburban. I really like the color combo. Well detailed and finished. Where did you get the wheels from?

The missing "Chevrolet" lettering on the cove panel is recessed, not raised so the lettering included in the Model Car Garage photo-etch kit would be incorrect. The AMT '62 Impala SS convertible has incorrect raised lettering on the cove panel. Hopefully Revell will correct this error along with the battery. carrucha

I picked up the kit last weekend and it's great. It's as detailed as the their '64 Impala SS kit. My only complaint is that they didn't mold on the body the front fender crossed flag & 409 emblems and the rear quarter panel Impala script emblem and Impala emblem. They have those emblems on the decal sheet. I guess I will be buying the Model Car Garage 1962 Chevy Impala photo etch kit for those emblems. Kudos to Revell for releasing a superb model. carrucha

Nice monster truck. Seeing your model brings back childhood memories. When I was a kid I got this kit as a Christmas gift. I did not build it well and I ended up hacking it up to make a "Mad Max" type of vehicle and then splattered it with real mud. I don't have it anymore and I don't know how it disappeared. carrucha
